Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of www.pixelcity.top and to the services provided through your account. Deviating terms require written form.

You need a PixelCity ID to use protected services. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must notify us of unauthorised use without delay.

An account may only be used by the person it was created for. Passing credentials to third parties is not permitted.

The services are for private and business communication. Misuse, unlawful content, circumventing security measures, automated load tests without prior notice and hosting unlawful content are prohibited.

We reserve the right to restrict access in cases of repeated misuse, after prior notice.

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee it. The current state is always visible on the status page. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.

Billing is in USDC on Solana. Monthly plans renew automatically for another month unless cancelled by the end of the period. Yearly plans carry a 14-day return right.

You retain all rights to the content you store in our services. You grant us only the rights required to provide and operate the services — storage space and backups, for example.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act.

For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage.

We may adapt these terms if required for legal or technical reasons. We will inform you of material changes in good time by email.
